David Anderson

David Anderson possesses extensive experience in international development, focusing on governance, economic growth, and institutional reforms. Currently serving as Chief of Party for the USAID Moldova Institutional and Structural Reforms Activity since September 2022, David leads efforts to improve Moldova's economic environment and reduce corruption. Previously, as Chief of Party for USAID projects in Ukraine and Jordan, David successfully managed programs enhancing competitiveness, municipal governance, and decentralization initiatives. David's earlier roles included Program Director for the USAID Vietnam Governance for Inclusive Growth Program and Chief of Party for justice sector reforms in Indonesia, reflecting a strong commitment to enhancing public administration and legal systems. David holds a Juris Doctor degree from Southern Illinois University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Music from the Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music.
