Paul Enrico Neumann serves as the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Practice Lead at Nathan, a Cadmus Company, since August 2014, where significant expertise in designing and implementing complex MEL frameworks for large, multi-country donor funds has been demonstrated. Notable roles include serving as the MEL Director for the £100 million Biodiverse Landscapes Fund, leading MEL activities for the Invest Salone initiative, and managing the MEL aspects of the Land Investment for Transformation programme in Ethiopia. Enrico has also led MEL frameworks for various financial and enterprise programs in Zambia and Mozambique, provided advisory services for the Girls Education Challenge, and contributed to a World Bank analytics project. Previous experience includes project management at KPMG UK, volunteering at DKMS Americas, and interning at HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt. Enrico holds a Master of Science from Barcelona School of Economics and two Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Economics and International Economic Studies from City University of Hong Kong and Maastricht University, respectively.
