Stephanie Donu Sarpong

Stephanie Donu Sarpong is a seasoned professional specializing in gender equity, youth, and social inclusion. Currently serving as a Gender Equity, Youth and Social Inclusion Specialist at Nathan Associates since May 2022, Stephanie has a robust background in gender management, having held leadership roles such as Head of Gender and Quality Management System at Solidaridad West Africa from January 2020 to April 2022. Stephanie's extensive experience also includes various positions at Solidaridad West Africa, such as Gender and Youth Coordinator and Planning Monitoring and Evaluation Coordinator, as well as Project Officer at West Africa Fair Fruit. Stephanie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Ghana and a Master of Science in Development Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.
