Erin Lungu

Erin Lungu is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional with a solid background in various recruitment roles. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at NRUCFC since September 2021, Erin previously held positions including Talent Acquisition Lead and Senior Corporate Recruiter at S3 Shared Service Solutions, and MAXIMUS, where a focus was placed on enhancing government programs. Earlier experience includes roles as an Executive Search Consultant at Randstad USA and VP of Recruiting and Employee Relations Manager at EagleBank. Erin holds both a Master's degree in Counseling and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from West Virginia University.
