Michael Duckett

Michael Duckett is an experienced technology professional with a robust background in software design and development. Currently serving as the Director of Information Technology and Principal Technologist at the National Rural Utilities Cooperative Finance Corporation since July 2014, Michael has previously held key roles including Principal Engineer at K12 and Principal Developer at Fannie Mae, where design, development, and maintenance of mission-critical systems were central responsibilities. Early career experience includes a developer position at BDM, focusing on the SEC EDGAR system. Michael holds both a Master of Science in Computer Science and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from Virginia Tech, completed in 1996 and 1992, respectively.
