The current leadership team at Natick Community Organic Farm has a wide range of experience in different industries. The team includes a Director of Operations, Business Strategist, Manager, People Development and Operations, and Program Manager. All of the members of the team have a history in leadership positions and bring a wealth of knowledge to the table. The team is also well-educated, with degrees from Denison University and other institutions.
