Cailin Gensler is an experienced educator currently serving as a Long-Term Substitute Student Teacher for Ninth Grade English at Natick Public Schools since February 2023. Previously, Cailin worked as an English Teaching Assistant with the Teaching Assistant Program in France USA from September 2021 to April 2022, where responsibilities included developing engaging lesson plans for primary and elementary French students. Earlier experience includes coaching a race team at Stage Harbor Sailing School Inc. from June 2019 to August 2021, focusing on the education and safety of young sailors aged 6-17. Cailin holds a Master of Education in English from Boston College Lynch School (2022-2023) and a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and French and Francophone Studies from Hobart and William Smith Colleges (2017-2021), complemented by a semester abroad at Université Rennes 2 in 2019.
