Lauren Adams is currently the ELL Department Head at Natick High School and has been with Natick Public Schools since September 2012. Prior to their current role, Lauren worked as an English and ELL Teacher at the same school. Lauren also served as an Adjunct Lecturer at Harvard University from 2012 to 2019, specializing in Children's and Adolescent Literature. Before that, Lauren worked as an ELL Teacher at Arlington Public Schools and as an English Teacher at Brookline Public Schools. Lauren also has experience as a Senior Editor at The Horn Book, Inc. from 1993 to 2001. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Arts in Russian and Political Science from Middlebury College and a Master of Arts in Children's and Adolescent Literature from Simmons University.
