Mats Hoefler

Mats Hoefler has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2011, they interned at Deutsche Bank in the Debt Capital Markets department. Mats also gained experience at UniCredit in Corporate Analysis & Advisory and at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars in Logistics Planning. In 2012, they interned at EY in Transaction Advisory Services.

Starting from 2013, Mats worked as a Management & Technology Consulting Intern at BearingPoint, and as a Management Consulting Working Student at Bain & Company. Mats then joined Boston Consulting Group (BCG) as an Associate and later became a Senior Associate.

In 2018, Mats joined Celonis, where they held multiple roles. Mats initially served as a Manager in Global Business Development, working on strategic projects. Mats was then promoted to Senior Manager and Team Lead in the Office of the Chief Product Officer (CPO), involved in strategic initiatives and partner product management. In 2021, they became the Head of the Office of the CPO, where they worked on important projects such as new product offerings.

In 2022, Mats took on the roles of Management Consultant, Investor, and Startup Mentor at Matthias Hoefler. Currently, in 2023, they are the Co-Founder and Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at natif.ai, a deep-tech startup focused on machine learning and natural language processing.
