Karl (Fritz) Disque D.O. RPh has been in the health care industry for over 15 years. In 2003, they began working as a Pharmacist for Walgreens, where they managed the pharmaceutical team to ensure the highest possible overall customer safety and service. In 2008, they worked as a Clinical Consultant for McKesson Health Solutions. In 2011, Karl began working as a Cardiac Anesthesiologist for Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare - Department of Anesthesiology and as a Physician Founder for Save a Life Certifications by NHCPS. Through their work with the latter, they have empowered more than 1 million people to save lives. In 2012, they became the Executive Director of the Disque Foundation, which was formed in an effort to make health care educational programs and tools more accessible to health care professionals in developing nations.

Karl (Fritz) Disque D.O. RPh completed their Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy with Distinction from Purdue University between 1997 and 2002. Karl (Fritz) then completed their Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Des Moines University between 2003 and 2007. Finally, they completed Post Graduate Training in the Department of Anesthesiology from Rush Medical College of Rush University Medical Center between 2007 and 2011.
