Sekou Owino

Sekou Owino has worked as the Head of Legal & Training at Nation Media Group Limited since 2013. In this role, they are responsible for managing legal and regulatory risks and liabilities of the company and its subsidiaries. Sekou'sduties include developing the company's legal strategy, providing legal input and advice to directors and management, conducting legal awareness and training, and negotiating and drafting contracts. Prior to this, they held the same role at Nation Media Group starting in 2005.

Sekou Owino obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi between 1990 and 1996.
