Jeff Weston has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Jeff began their career in the US Army as a Captain from 1987 to 1991. Afterward, they joined Merck, a global research-driven pharmaceutical company, where they held various roles, including Sales Manager and Specialty Sales Manager, from 1998 to 2004.

Following their time at Merck, Jeff worked at NPS Pharmaceuticals as a Regional Sales Manager, responsible for leading the creation and development of the initial sales force.
