Vera Luijendijk

Vera Luijendijk is an experienced governance and finance professional holding multiple prominent roles in various organizations. Currently, Vera serves as a member of the supervisory board for Ontwikkelingsbedrijf Noord-Holland Noord, Cyclus (where Vera is also the chair of the audit committee), and Woonstad Rotterdam (alongside chairing the remuneration committee). Additional positions include membership on the supervisory boards of Stichting Orion and the Port of Moerdijk, as well as being an examiner for Rotterdam Business School in the Finance & Control program. Vera's experience extends to leadership as the director-owner of WaardeV.O.L. advies, bestuur en toezicht and as a commissioner at the Nationaal Warmtefonds, where Vera chairs the audit committee. Educational qualifications include a drs. degree in Bedrijfseconomie from the University of Amsterdam and a BBA in Economics from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, supplemented by various high-level finance courses.
