Nationaal Warmtefonds
Wim-Henk Peggeman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and control. Since January 2014, Wim-Henk has served as Manager Finance & Control at Nationaal Warmtefonds, overseeing all finance and risk processes as well as financial reporting. Previously, in the same organization, Wim-Henk began as Fondscontroller, focusing on financial reporting and processes. Additionally, from March 2022, Wim-Henk has been a council member for ChristenUnie in the municipality of Oldebroek. Prior roles include Senior Business Controller at SVn, contributing to projects such as IT enhancements and the establishment of new funds, and Partner at E&M Consultants, a firm dedicated to financial consulting in the public sector. Wim-Henk's career began at PwC Nederland as a Manager in the assurance practice. Educational qualifications include a Post Master RA and a Master of Science in Accountancy from Nyenrode Business University, as well as a Bachelor’s in Accountancy and an MBO in Retail from Windesheim and Landstede MBO, respectively.
Nationaal Warmtefonds
Het Nationaal Warmtefonds biedt verantwoorde en betaalbare financiering voor de verduurzaming van huizen en gebouwen van eigenaar-bewoners, Verenigingen van Eigenaren en scholen. Polestar Bemiddeling is aangewezen als uitvoeringsorganisatie van het Nationaal Warmtefonds. Dat betekent dat u als particuliere huiseigenaar, als Vereniging van Eigenaars of als school rechtstreeks contact heeft met Polestar Bemiddeling. Het fonds is gevuld door de Rijksoverheid, de Rabobank, ING, de ASN Bank, de Council of Europe Development Bank (CEB) en de Europese Investeringsbank (EIB). Totaal is er € 1,2 miljard beschikbaar. Rente en aflossing stromen terug in dit fonds, zodat opnieuw (VvE en Scholen) Energiebespaarleningen kunnen worden verstrekt.
