Heidi Long

Heidi Long has extensive work experience in the field of occupational therapy. Heidi is currently the Managing Director and Founder of National Occupational Therapy, a market leader in providing community-based therapy services across multiple states in Australia. Heidi'sclients include various organizations such as NDIS, TAC, WorkSafe, Home Care Package providers, corporate businesses, health organizations, councils, and private clients. Prior to founding National Occupational Therapy, Heidi worked as the Director and Occupational Therapist at Work Health Consulting for over a decade.

Heidi Long earned a Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy from La Trobe University in 1997, followed by a Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from La Trobe Melbourne from 1999 to 2004. In 2023, they attended the Australian Institute of Company Directors to complete the Company Directors Course. Additionally, they obtained several certifications throughout their career, including being awarded Australian Occupational Therapist of the Year in 2019 and becoming an Approved Independent Medical Assessor (Occupational Therapy) for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC) in 2015.
