Elisa Banyard started their work experience in 2012 as a Sales Associate at Autospa Express Car Wash, where they worked until 2014. In 2014, they became a Childcare Provider at Concordia Learning Center and continued in this role until 2019. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Sales Associate at Famous Footwear. In 2018, they joined the National Ability Center as a Recreation and Adventure Program Manager, later transitioning to the role of Recreation and Adventure Program Supervisor in 2019. Additionally, in 2019, Elisa also worked as a Recreational Therapist at Salt Lake Behavioral Health Hospital.

Elisa Banyard attended the University of Utah from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Recreational Therapy. Elisa'sfield of study focused specifically on Recreational Therapy.

All activities are offered at an affordable rate and scholarships are available, ensuring participation for all applicants.
