Matt Didisheim has diverse work experience in various industries. In 2022, they worked for the National Ability Center as a Social Media and Marketing Coordinator, where they managed social media accounts and implemented strategic marketing campaigns. Prior to that, they interned as a Marketing and Outreach Intern at the same organization. From 2021 to 2022, Matt served as a Service Technician at Trek Bicycle. Before that, they gained experience in residential construction at Timberline Construction LLC from 2020 to 2021. In 2018, they worked as a Ski Finisher at DPS Skis and as a Receiving Associate at CONTENDER BICYCLES INC. Additionally, they worked as a Mechanical Installer at Intermountain Wind & Solar in 2017. In earlier roles, they served as an Outdoor Experiential Educator at Gateway Academy, an Assistant Group Lead at Elements Wilderness Program, a Summer Trip Leader at Overland Travel, Inc, and a Guide at Great Freedom Adventures, LLC. Throughout their various positions, Matt developed skills in marketing, social media management, construction, mechanical installation, and experiential education.

Matt Didisheim earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English/Environmental Studies from St. Lawrence University. Matt attended from 2006 to 2010. Matt later pursued an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Video/Radio Production at Salt Lake Community College. Matt studied there from 2020 to 2022. Prior to their college education, Matt attended Brunswick High School from 2002 to 2006, although it is not specified whether they obtained a degree or focused on a particular field of study. In addition to their formal education, Matt obtained certification as a Wilderness First Responder from the Wilderness Medicine Of Utah in March 2013.
