Trevor Shannon is an experienced professional with a diverse background in support and customer service roles. Currently serving as a River Guide at the National Ability Center since April 2022, Trevor also works as Desktop Support at University of Utah Health since May 2021. Previous experience includes a position as a Server at Spitz-Cottonwood from March 2020 to May 2021, where emphasis was placed on customer service and enhancing the dining experience for guests. Trevor's earlier role as an IT Support Technician at Texas A&M Health Science Center from May 2017 to May 2019 involved supporting numerous end-users and devices, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills. Trevor holds a Bachelor's degree in Architecture from Texas A&M University, earned in 2019.

Founded in 1985, the National Ability Center is a 501(c)3 non-profit, tax-exempt organization. Programs are supported through special events, grants from private corporations and foundations, individual donations and program fees. All activities are offered at an affordable rate and scholarships are available, ensuring participation for all applicants.
