Patricia Dimond

Patricia Dimond, CFA, serves as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Booker Prize Foundation since October 2024, promoting literature for public benefit. Currently, Patricia holds several key positions including Non-Executive Director, Senior Independent Director, and Chair of the Audit Committee at Hilton Food Group plc and ABERFORTH SMALLER COMPANIES TRUST PLC, along with Non-Executive Director and Chair of the FAIR Committee at the National Academy for Social Prescribing. Patricia's extensive experience includes roles at Foresight VCT PLC, English National Opera, and LXi REIT PLC, alongside advisory expertise at the EIC for fintech. As a co-founder and managing investor of Rising Tide Europe, Patricia promotes women's participation in early-stage investing. Educational credentials include an MBA in Finance from IMD Switzerland and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Patricia co-authored the book "Driven to the Brink," focusing on corporate governance and culture.
