Bob Alston, Esq. is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in Business, Estates, and Litigation, currently serving as a Principal at Friedman Schuman, PC since January 2017. A Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators since October 2006 and a Member of the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals since December 2017, Alston is recognized for expertise in Alternate Dispute Resolution. In addition to roles as an Adjunct Lecturer in Business Ethics at Gwynedd Mercy University and Judge Pro Tem for the Court of Common Pleas, Alston has held various significant positions across multiple organizations, including Arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association and Assistant General Counsel for Unisys.
