David Easter

David Easter is a Human Resources Specialist at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine, overseeing scalable onboarding strategies since July 2023. In this role, David designs engaging preboarding and orientation experiences, collaborates with business leaders on onboarding frameworks, and enhances new hire integration. Previously, David served as General Manager at Tri State Ice Management, managing daily operations and security protocols. David also worked as an Onboarding Associate at TEKsystems, facilitating onboarding processes for consultants and employees, and as a Visitor Service Assistant at the U.S. Department of the Interior, providing visitor information and handling crowd control. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Towson University.
