Iliana Espinal

Iliana Espinal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in membership management, communications, and research. Currently serving as Senior Membership Associate at The National Academies of Sciences, Engineering, and Medicine since July 2016, Iliana manages a comprehensive data system for volunteers involved in NRC activities and oversees the creation of internal communications and policies for a workforce exceeding 5,000. Previous roles include Senior Program Assistant at the same organization, where Iliana focused on editing and designing communication materials using Adobe InDesign.
