Kristin Carrico

Kristin Carrico serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Customer Experience Officer at Mindbody, overseeing global Customer Experience teams for a prominent wellness technology company. Prior to this, Kristin held the position of Senior Vice President at CDK Global, where leadership of Customer Experience teams was integral during its spin-off from a Fortune 500 company. Experience also includes roles as Chief Operating Officer at VMC, Senior Director of Business Transformation at VMC Consulting, and Director of Global Business Development at VMC Consulting Corporation. Additional background includes business transformation initiatives at Onex and district sales management at General Motors, where recognition for outstanding performance was received. Kristin's educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and an Executive Education certificate from Harvard Business School. Further training in customer experience was undertaken at the Zappos School of Wow.
