Lisa Miller is an experienced fitness professional with a diverse background in personal training, yoga, and Pilates. As the owner of Princeton Personal Fitness Trainer since January 2000, Lisa has dedicated over two decades to helping clients achieve their fitness goals. In addition to this role, Lisa serves as a Yoga Teacher for Yoga Alliance and as a Pilates Reformer Teacher for Balanced Body, both positions held since 2013 and 2011, respectively. Furthermore, Lisa has been a certified Personal Fitness Trainer with the National Academy of Sports Medicine since January 1990. Lisa holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ithaca College, earned between 1983 and 1987.
