Neal Spruce

Neal Spruce is a prominent figure in the fitness industry, serving as the Founder and CEO of dotFIT, LLC since June 2008, where holistic, evidence-based programs are developed for diverse age groups and goals. Spruce is an Investment Partner with fibr, a platform aimed at addressing challenges in the fitness industry through effective staffing solutions. As the Owner and Operator of the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 1996, Spruce has contributed to its reputation as a leader in fitness and sports performance education and continues to serve on its advisory board. Prior experience includes ownership and operation of PTA Global, leading 24 Hour Fitness's Apex Division as CEO, and founding Apex Fitness Group, which provided innovative fitness programming across numerous facilities. Additionally, Spruce was the creator of Nutritionalysis, the first nutrition program implemented across all Gold's Gym locations.
