Neera Jokitalo

Neera Jokitalo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and customer experience, currently serving as the Head of Operations at Pawp, Inc. since May 2019. At Pawp, Inc., a digital clinic for pets, Neera focuses on providing 24/7 access to licensed veterinary professionals and financial support for pet emergencies. Additionally, Neera has held the position of Head of Customer Experience at the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since August 2020. Previous roles include Certified Personal Trainer at Les Trois Petits Cochons, Marketing Director, Marketing Coordinator at United Natural Foods, Brand Manager at Mary Ann Liebert, Inc., and Analyst at Finpro.
