Niels Kingma

Niels Kingma is a seasoned professional in the fields of sports training and coaching, currently serving as a Master Instructor (International) for the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since June 2018. In addition, Niels is a Coach specializing in Physical Preparation at Asterix Avo Beveren, working with young volleyball players aspiring for professional careers. Niels has extensive experience as a NASM Certified Personal Trainer at FLOW since October 2004, with expertise in Functional Rehabilitation and Sports Preparation. Niels has also been a Boys Volleyball Coach at The International School of Brussels since 1997, achieving multiple championships and podium finishes. Previous roles include Master Trainer and Senior Lecturer at the Physical Coaching Academy, Head Coach positions at VHL Volley Haasrode Leuven and Hermes Volley Oostende, and a variety of personal training and management roles in fitness centers. Niels holds a degree in Human Movement Studies, Psychology, and Motor Control from The University of Queensland.
