Sandra Jersby is an experienced fitness and wellness professional with a diverse background in various roles. Currently serving as a contributor and coach for Oxygen Magazine since January 2019, Sandra specializes in writing about mobility and flexibility, creating workout programs, and modeling fitness routines. As a Level 3 Fascial Stretch Therapist at Stretch To Flex since March 2017, Sandra focuses on pain-free assisted stretching to enhance flexibility, strength, and overall well-being.
