Becki McMinn

Becki McMinn is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Generalist (Business Partner) at NASCO since August 2023, providing support in employee relations, performance management, and talent planning. Previously, Becki worked as an Internal Engagement & Comms Manager focused on mergers and acquisitions at Robert Half and held the position of Sr. Human Resources Manager at Option Care, where efforts were directed towards navigating organizational growth and change during the COVID pandemic. Becki's career in human resources began at Quest Diagnostics, where various roles culminated in strategic HR partnership for a $880M region. Becki holds an MBA candidate degree in Human Resources and a Bachelor's degree in Business from Capella University, along with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from the University of Central Florida.
