Brenda Hopkins

Brenda Hopkins is an experienced professional with a diverse background in process analysis, medical coding, business systems, and real estate. Currently serving as a Process Analyst at UST Global since January 2019, Brenda also functions as a Risk Adjustment Medical Coder at KEM Technology while holding a long-term position as a Business Systems Analyst at NASCO, which began in June 2008. Additional experience includes roles at WellPoint as a Claims Representative II and at CIGNA Healthcare as a Senior Reconciliation/Reprocessing Analyst. Brenda is also a Professional Realtor with 15 years in residential and commercial real estate sales. Brenda holds a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from Fayetteville State University, obtained between 1985 and 1989.
