Kevin Norwood

Kevin Norwood has extensive experience in the field of product development and project management. Kevin began their career in 2000 at Elcom, Inc. as a PM. In 2002, they joined Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts as a Senior Project Manager until 2009. Kevin then moved to NASCO, where they held various positions including Project Team Lead from 2009 to 2015, Senior Manager from 2015 to 2022, and currently serves as the Director of Product Development.

Kevin Norwood earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Operations Management and Supervision from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where they attended from 1993 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they hold certifications as a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, obtained in April 2022, and a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, obtained in July 2005.
