Prof Pazit Levinger

Principal Researcher at National Ageing Research Institute

Prof Pazit Levinger is an accomplished academic and researcher with extensive experience in the fields of rehabilitation, ageing, and physical activity. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at Monash University and Victoria University, Prof Levinger is also a Principal Researcher at the National Ageing Research Institute, where leadership is provided for the ENJOY trial aimed at enhancing outdoor physical activity among older adults. With a strong background in community engagement and research on active ageing, Prof Levinger has held various editorial roles, including Editorial Board Member for the Journal of Physical Activity and Health and Associate Editor for BMC Public Health. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Human Movement and Exercise Science from Southern Cross University and a Bachelor of Education in Physical Education and Sport Sciences from The Zinman College of Physical Education and Sport Sciences.
