Vinay Mathew Chandy is an ITIL Managing Professional and PRINCE Practitioner with extensive experience in IT service delivery and program management. Currently serving as Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at National Air Cargo, Inc. since September 2023, Vinay previously held the role of Program Manager at EASYX SOFTWARE and managed IT Shared Services at GEMS Education, focusing on technology adoption and service delivery optimization in educational settings.
