Jan Jones, RN, BSN, is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in end-of-life care and hospice services. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer of Alleviate Care since 2021, Jan oversees all clinical operations, quality, compliance, and community outreach for the organization. Jan's leadership extends to various board positions, including Board President of the Escondido Rotary Club, Board Chair for both the California Hospice and Palliative Care Association and the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization, and advisory roles with Palomar Health and The Elizabeth Hospice. Previously, Jan held the role of CEO at The Elizabeth Hospice and served as President and CEO of both Alive Hospice and Catholic Hospice. Jan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Florida and a Diploma of Nursing from Maumee Valley Hospital, School of Nursing.
