Sherl Brand

Sherl Brand, RN, BSN, currently serves as Chief Operating Officer at the National Alliance for Care at Home since January 2025. Prior to this role, Sherl Brand held prominent positions at VNS Health as Senior Vice President of Hospice & Palliative Care and at CareCentrix as Senior Vice President & General Manager of Serious Illness Care at Home. In these roles, Sherl Brand drove innovation and performance in home care delivery, focusing on cost reduction and patient satisfaction. Experience also includes leadership at Visiting Nurse Association Health Group, Inc., and serving as Chair of the Forum of State Associations for the National Association for Home Care & Hospice. Sherl Brand’s career began in 1991 and spans various roles aimed at enhancing home health and hospice care services, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Ohio Wesleyan University.
