Takeya Galloway

Takeya Galloway, CMP, is currently the Senior Manager of Education and Events at the National Alliance for Care at Home since March 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Senior Manager of Meeting Services at the American Thoracic Society from March 2019 to May 2025, where responsibilities encompassed planning and executing hotel operations for large-scale conferences. Galloway has held various roles in event management, including Event Sales Manager at Hyatt Regency Rochester and Event Planning Manager at Hyatt Centric Arlington, where skills in negotiations, logistics, and vendor relations were developed. Earlier positions included coordination and administrative roles at several hotels, laying a solid foundation in the hospitality industry. Galloway holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Morgan State University.
