Natalie Ethridge is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in strategic initiatives and operations across various organizations. Since June 2013, Natalie has held multiple positions at the National Alliance for Public Charter Schools, currently serving as Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. Previously, Natalie worked at the U.S. Chamber of Commerce from March 2008 to June 2013, where roles included Director of Operations and Programs for the Institute for a Competitive Workforce. Notable earlier positions include Director of Scheduling and Travel for Romney for President, Inc., and Director of Operations for Californians for Schwarzenegger. Natalie holds an MBA in Finance from George Mason University and a BS in Community and Regional Development from the University of California, Davis.
