Andrew L. Hall is a Research Analyst at the National Alliance to End Homelessness, analyzing trends in sheltered and unsheltered homelessness in the U.S. Prior to this, at UMass Donahue Institute, as a Senior Research Analyst, Andrew analyzed economic and demographic data, supported advocacy efforts, managed research associates, authored data-driven reports, and collaborated with diverse teams. With a background in policy analysis, economics, public affairs, and Russian studies, Andrew has a wealth of experience in research, data analysis, and report writing across various organizations.
