Barbara Burke

Barbara Burke, PhD, is an experienced academic administrator currently serving as Dean at Henley-Putnam School of Strategic Security. With a background in the US Army as a retired Colonel, Barbara has held various leadership roles in intelligence management programs. Barbara holds a Ph.D. in Public Safety and Emergency Management, as well as master's degrees in Strategic Studies and Health Science.
