Angel Baltimore

Angel Baltimore has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries. They are currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Information Technology at the National Apartment Association since September 2022. Prior to this role, Angel worked as the Vice President of Digital Strategy and E-Commerce at the American Pharmacists Association from March 2018 to September 2022. They also held the position of Chairman of the Board at the Prince George's County YMCA from May 2020 to August 2021.

Angel's previous roles include serving as the Director of eStrategy & Innovation at the State Department Federal Credit Union from December 2012 to March 2018. In this role, they were responsible for the strategic direction of all digital properties and designed a comprehensive multi-year digital strategy.

Before joining the State Department Federal Credit Union, Angel served as the Director of Association Management Systems at AIA from July 2008 to November 2012. They led a staff and managed a large operating budget, while also developing and implementing cost-saving initiatives.

Angel's career also includes serving as the Director of Information Technology and Systems at NSPE from March 2002 to July 2008. In this position, they oversaw technical solutions implementations and managed network and telecommunications resources.

Angel began their career as an Information Systems Associate at Arthur D. Little from June 1996 to February 2001. They were involved in various consultative projects, including website and database design, software testing, technical analysis, and IS tool development.
