Karen Iacobelli is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR management. Currently serving as the Director of People and Culture for the National Apartment Association since July 2024, Karen has previously held significant roles including Senior Human Resources Business Partner at StraighterLine and Tax Analysts. With a diverse background as a Human Resources Consultant and Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition at Management Sciences for Health, Karen has a proven track record in recruiting, employee relations, and developing training programs. Karen's education includes a Master's degree in Communication from Georgetown University and a Bachelor's degree in Italian Studies from the University of Birmingham.
