Andrea Schlunk is an experienced marine science professional with a diverse background in education, content development, and program management. Currently serving as a Content Specialist and Tours and Experiences Specialist at the National Aquarium since October 2020, Andrea leads specialized tours, develops new programming, and mentors aides. In addition, Andrea has been a Subject Matter Expert at Write Brain LLC since March 2018, providing expertise in STEM fields for federal and state contracts. Previous roles include authoring and editing for OceanBites, serving as an education coordinator at Living Classrooms Foundation, and various teaching positions focused on marine science. Andrea holds a Master of Science in Marine Biology from the University of Rhode Island and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a concentration in Marine Biology from the University of South Florida.
