Jacob Snyder

Jacob Snyder is an experienced Human Resources and People Coordinator with a strong background in engagement and retention strategies. Currently serving as a People Coordinator at the National Aquarium since July 2023, Jacob collaborates with Volunteer Services and staff to enhance guest experiences. Prior roles include Human Resources Professional at Next Great Opportunity, where Jacob contributed from August 2022 to July 2023, and previous experiences as a Service Manager, HR Specialist, and General Manager in various sectors, including hospitality and auto services. An alumnus of the University of Maryland Global Campus, Jacob holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management.
