Ariana Gordillo De Vivero has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Ariana started their career as an intern in the U.S. House of Representatives and later interned in the United States Senate. Ariana then worked as an intern at the Embassy of Peru, where they assisted with economic analysis and communication between embassies. Ariana also gained experience as an intern at FLACSO Chile, where they worked on a scholarship project and provided translation services. Ariana further interned at the U.S. Global Leadership Campaign, where they conducted legislative research and analysis. Ariana then joined the German Marshall Fund of the United States as a Climate & Energy Intern, focusing on energy legislation. Their next role was at MWW Group, where they served as an Administrative Assistant, responsible for managing daily operations and conducting legislative research. Currently, Ariana is working at the National Association of Free and Charitable Clinics (NAFC), where they have held multiple positions including Membership & Outreach Manager, Director of Outreach, and Senior Director of Strategic Initiatives. In these roles, they have successfully expanded the association's membership program, developed and managed grant programs, and cultivated partnerships, resulting in increased corporate and non-profit partnerships.

Ariana Gordillo De Vivero obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies from American University in 2009. Ariana then pursued a Master of Arts degree in Latin American & Hemispheric Studies from The George Washington University, completing it from 2010 to 2012. In 2011, Ariana attended the International Peace & Security Institute's Bologna Symposium on Conflict Prevention, Resolution & Reconciliation. Additionally, in 2021, they obtained a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education.

The NAFC is the only nonprofit 501c(3) organization whose mission is solely focused on the issues and needs of the medically underserved throughout the nation and the more than 1,200 Free and Charitable Clinics that serve them. Founded in 2001 and headquartered near Washington, D.C., the NAFC is working to ensure that the medically underserved have access to affordable quality health care and strives to be a national voice promoting quality health care for all. The organization believes that access to health care should be a right, not a privilege, and it values volunteerism, community ownership, service and collaboration.
