Nikia L. Gray

Nikia L. Gray currently serves as the Executive Director at NALP since October 2022. Previously, Nikia was the Managing Partner of the Washington D.C. office and the Director of Legal Recruiting at Quarles & Brady LLP from September 2007 until October 2022. With a focus on district court litigation, Nikia specializes in high-stakes competition cases involving patent, trademark, copyright, and unfair competition law, as well as patent prosecution and technology licensing. As a registered patent attorney since 2004, Nikia possesses extensive expertise in intellectual property across various technologies, including software and electrical devices. Nikia holds a JD from the University of Arizona, James E. Rogers College of Law and a BA in Physics from the University of Pennsylvania.
