Daphne Darbouze, CSM®, currently serves as the Associate Director of Organisational Effectiveness at NABA INC., where responsibilities include leading project implementation processes, ensuring effective communication among stakeholders, and contributing to organizational knowledge enhancement. Previously, at Turbo System S.A, Daphne held several key positions, including Assistant Project Director and Senior Project Manager, where tasks involved client needs analyses and strategic solution development. As Project and Information Technology Manager, project coordination across diverse teams and agile methodologies were prioritized. As a Senior Analyst Programmer, Daphne managed a programming team while fostering collaboration and ensuring project deliverables were met. Daphne's technical journey began as a Software Programmer, contributing to various client projects. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Université Paris Cité and ongoing studies at Harvard University.
