Ray Quinones

Ray Quinones is a seasoned professional in government relations and policy, currently serving as the Director of Government Relations at the National Association of Broadcasters since December 2023. Previous experience includes a range of roles at the U.S. House of Representatives from May 2019 to December 2023, culminating in the position of Policy Advisor. Quinones also served as Campaign Manager and Data Director for Darren Soto's congressional campaign in 2020. Early career roles include staff positions at the U.S. House and as a Campus Tour Guide at the University of South Florida, where Quinones earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from 2014 to 2018. Additionally, Quinones graduated from Arena Academy as a Data Director in 2019.
