Tobi Hall is a seasoned professional in marketing and event management with over 15 years of experience, currently serving as Senior Director of Awards, Events, and Member Experience at the National Association of Broadcasters since August 2016. Previous roles within the organization include Director of Awards and Events and Manager of various award programs focused on recognizing excellence in radio. Prior to this, Tobi Hall worked as a Marketing Consultant and has held positions such as Project Director at Global Advertising 1st and Director of Marketing at Radio One, where responsibilities included managing marketing budgets and promotions for multiple radio stations. Tobi Hall's earlier career includes experience as Promotions Director at WMMJ and Sky Show Manager for Reach Media. Tobi Hall holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Morgan State University.
