Kate Ilahi

Kate Ilahi is an experienced lobbyist currently serving as the Director of Congressional Relations for the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) since August 2022, where responsibilities include advocating for the chain community pharmacy industry. Prior to this role, Kate Ilahi was the Director of Government Relations at 340B Health, focusing on advocacy for over 1,400 hospitals and health systems. Additional experience includes serving as the Director of Government Affairs at the American Association for Justice, where significant legislative reforms were achieved. Earlier positions include roles as Senior Federal Relations Counsel and Legislative Counsel in healthcare policy, along with a background as a Legislative Assistant in the U.S. Congress, and a Law Clerk. Kate Ilahi holds dual Juris Doctorate and Bachelor of Civil Law degrees, along with a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from Louisiana State University.
