Michael Ayotte

Michael Ayotte is an accomplished healthcare leader with extensive experience in pharmacy, government affairs, and consulting. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Pharmacy, Transformation and Advocacy at the National Association of Chain Drug Stores (NACDS) since February 2021, Ayotte focuses on transforming pharmacy practices and advocating for industry interests. Prior to this role, Ayotte was Managing Partner at Prestige Partners Consulting, LLC, where leadership in healthcare and business solutions was a primary focus. Notably, Ayotte spent nearly four decades at CVS Health, culminating as Vice President of State and Local Government Affairs, where oversight of government affairs across all states, DC, and Puerto Rico was provided. Ayotte holds a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, where involvement in Phi Delta Chi and Student Government was noted.
